M3 Interior parts.

I was wondering if someone have installed the M3 shift knob, steering wheel or iDrive controller knob on their 1 series?
I have the M sport ones, but my shift knob is starting to peel after 2K miles (maybe my warranty should replace it) and anyway I like better the leather used on the M3 shift knob/steering wheel.
Also, I think the brushed aluminum iDrive knob from the M models is way nicer.
Any experiences??

Thanks in advance!

don't know about the M3's but why don't you check the performance model?

that shift knob should definitely be covered under warranty.
