128i Reving/Jerk when AC is on

Hello

I have been having this problem with my 2013 128i, automatic. Whenever I have the AC on the car over revs when idle and jerks. Today I had been braked at an intersection and the car started to rev/jerk as I was braking and the car when into neutral. I do not have this problem when the AC is off.

I brought it to BMW last year and tried to explain this problem to them, but I had not yet correlated that it only happened when the AC was on and they were not able to replicate the issue. I have an appointment with BMW on 5/31/24 but wanted to see what others think it may be.

(PS I am a Social Worker and not very car savvy, this is my best explanation of what is happening)

What is the mileage on the car? First guess would be that 11 year old rubber parts all need replacing: accessory belt/tensioner and motor/trans mounts.
