KW customer service
Anyone else have issues getting responses from KW customer service? I have used the US contact page twice and emailed the "info@" email directly once in the last month with a couple of questions (I am considering dropping over $3K on shocks...figure a couple of questions could be answered by the manufacturer before I make a decision...silly me). No response. I went on the FB page yesterday and messaged them and was given an email address in Germany. 24 hours, no response. Go back to the FB page and then get told "it's a holiday in Germany". OK, you coulda told me that yesterday! Really seems ridiculous to have to work this hard to figure out if I want to give them my money...leaning toward "No" despite their reputation for quality. Anyone else had a similar experience or am I just unlucky?
