19x9.5 all round?

Hi guys
I've just purchased a 2010 135i (DCT) and am in the process of sorting mods.
Most work will be done by myself however my local wheel supplier will be custom ordering a set of Work wheels for me. They seem pretty confident they can shoehorn in a set of 19x9.5s all round. The car will be lowered on BC Gold coil overs (swift spring upgrade) and the fender lips will be flared as necessary. Has anyone had any luck fitting 9.5s up front? the tyres will be slightly stretched as well. If they don't fit then it's not really my problem as theyre the ones doing the measuring however its a 12-16 week wait and if the get here and they're wrong i'll be pissed having to wait for another 12-16 weeks!

Probably if you run adjustable camber plates and maximum negative camber. It may still rub the fender tab that meets the bumper. 17x9s basically take up every last mm with an appropriately sized tire, +/- some rub. I'm personally looking into doing 17 or 18x9.5 square, street tires, just cause I can, while expecting some contact.

thanks for that.
We have pretty strict laws surrounding the amount of camber you can legally run so if I have to run "max" camber then i suspect i'll be pushing outside of the legal limits.
Its a pain in the ass that work don't make 9" wheels in this model. May have to go with an 8.5" up front and just make sure the offsets right for a nice flush fitment. I'm not mega keen on having constant rubbing issues. The odd little bit would be ok though,

Never gonna happen. If you want 9.5 square, you'll need the OE 1M front clip.

If 8.5" is available get that for the front

8.5" with +45 offset is just about perfect fit for upgraded wheels up front

18x9.5 et35 (or as low as et30 if necessary) with a wide 265/35 semi-slick will fit with the 135i front end without rubbing but it requires far more engineering, effort and cost that most would be willing to spend. The OP is probably better off doing a 1M front-end conversion for simplicity, especially considering the camber restrictions that he has to comply with and since new wheels are being ordered.

18x8.5 et45 is a safe recommendation propagated by wheel manufacturers for a standard car. A lower offset, e.g. 18x8.5 et35-40 with a 245/35 or 18x9 et35-38 with a 255/35, can be used with guard/fender modifications and -3° camber, which I don't class as extreme since it's achievable with aftermarket camber plates. It's all dependent on car/suspension setup.

But measure, measure, and then measure again - you want to get it right the first time.
