Modifications (to the open market) add zero in value unless you find a buyer that wants (or is OK with) a modified car.
I know you're not asking THAT much over market value, but the 1 series still has enough of a cult following that some people would probably buy an unmolested with similar miles for less. That said. Your car is beautiful and I think you'll find a buyer for 20, you just might have to be patient. I don't think it's overpriced, I think it's just for a specific buyer. Otherwise the last three cars I sold, sold fastest on Facebook Marketplace.

Extremely nice car with all the good mods and you've done most/all of the work yourself so it indicates to me that the car most likely has been very well maintained, so with that being said, I think you're in Michigan and its freaking winter there and you'll probably have to wait till spring when interest will pick up. Think your price is fair too. GLWS

Really fair price for only 38k miles but yeah I think the winter in Michigan might turn people off. Question though: with the upgraded turbos and all, did it run okay with the JB4? No protune or anything needed?

The specs look nice to me. I think its a fair value for the car. If I was in the market for one, Ill definitely would follow up on this one....I think the problem is more of an economical than anything else. Unfortunately there aren't many people who can afford or have the 20k sitting at their bank account. I am selling a 2014 C250 for 10k, which is a bargain for the price and yet multiple people contacted me saying that they need a some time and If i can take a deposit and so forth.....so my suggestion to you is leave the price as is, just need the right buyer.
