I've got to say I agree with all the comments about the vendors and I've never had anything but prompt and accurate service above and beyond the call. I would like to know, if anyone knows, why fibreoptix was banned from the site...I know he may not have come across as the most accomodating and I think a lot of it was do to his presentation and articulation of his products. Any feedback on the issue....

If you are reading this thread, under NO circumstances should you order anything from FibreOptix!
This horrible company is run by rude, inconsiderate people who post misleading information and refuse to show pictures of product fitment. You have been warned! |

If you value customer service, listen to people on this forum and try Dan @ United, **********s, or Riss Racing.
P.S. to the ladies, I was watching Dan's exhaust video with my sister, and she said Dan is a cutie, so when you order from him, I guess you'll get customer service and eye candy too. LOL! Exhaust vid: |

Dan @ United A+++++, I order serveral items from him and he is great. When I ordered my CF spoiler, he called me at least 3 times afterward to make sure I got it, was it ok, did it fit right, how did it look, etc.

It's never easy to make those types of decisions, but you did and I give you credit for doing so. Thanks for a great site. P.S. Yes I know this type of post isn't technically allowed in this thread, but I wanted all the mods to see it! And what better way than an improper post...oh the irony. |

OK - we have a new sub-forum for Vendor feedback, feel free to continue to use this thread or to create a new thread in this sub-forum or add to another existing thread.
Remember feedback that is specific to the transaction you made with the vendor is what the community needs. Glib praise or senseless bashing doesn't add value. |

1. BMW of South Atlanta and my CA Scott Dodds have been great with feedback and completing all transactions.
2. Riss Racing: Received prompt email updates with shipping times, Anthony personally spoke with me and my tuning shop about installation and any possible fitment issues. Great service and products. 3. Dan @United: All ordered parts arrived on time hassle free. Always received prompt email responses to questions and shipping data. 4. Gravity Autosports: Items shipped on time(most times the same day) I also received prompt emails with invoice data and shipping data. Great service. |
