BMW Performance exhaust
Does anyone know if this is available in Oz? It is not listed on the BMW AU site but is listed on the BMW USA site. I would have thought it was available in all markets.

I do not believe it's released for Aussie's due to some sort of emission standard. Not sure 100%, Andrew@BM can definitely give you a better answer

Dan is correct. Bmw will not go to the expense of getting ADR approval due to the low number of expected sales.

I know I with my 120i BMW Aust never release the performance exhaust muffler, even though it was available in Europe. ADRs was again cited.
I'm waiting to see how I like the standard exhaust and whether the mythical "golf-tee" mod does anything. Otherwise I think Dan might be getting some extra business from me. I really don't want anything too loud and I trust BMW has produced something very tasteful, which Dan's videos seem to prove.
