1M in Arizona - JBA Motors
Seems to be pretty good knowledge of the resale market for 1M's here. Anybody have any info on this one?
http://www.jbamotors.com/vehicle/641...mesa-az-85202/ Looks like it was owned by a member here originally (ethanh8791) but sold a number of times since then. Had a clutch replaced at 16K - which is worrisome - but perhaps a non issue if BMW repaired properly. TIA for any input. |

This is somewhat near me. If someone is seriously considering this vehicle I can check it out for them (I do own a paint depth gauge)...

If you could get it for 46k, I think that would be a great deal. I swear I've seen this car drive near my home before...

Found the previous post with the Options list and found the VIN on this car. It's only got the iPod and Drink Holder options. Is that considered a "stripper" and is that good? Imagine that question out of context.
Wish this car had the Bluetooth - reality of being able to take calls in the car. Is PDC just the audible alert? This was pre back up cam days, right? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing |

Looking at the Carfax that you can click on in the dealer's listing, it appears that the car was owned in Utah for a few months. There was a guy who came into the forum about 6 months ago who really wanted to buy a 1M, and who did buy one; don't know if it was this one.
The Carfax says the ownership period began in January. The forum member's handle was SLC801; I don't think that he has posted here since early March, which would more or less comport with the Carfax's ownership period in Utah. If I had to guess, given the rarity of these cars, this was his car. But I could be wrong. You could attempt to contact him with a PM for further information on the car, if in fact the car was his.
