XENON LED Headlights E82 on E87

Hello guys,

I would install those new Headlights on my E87, I noticed many E87/1 with those new Headlights so i think its pretty easy do this job and i found them on Individual-cars.com
I asked about and they answer me with:
"you can retrofit the new headlights, you need also special coded frm3 (lightmodule) and two wiring, this two parts costs euro 300,00 extra.
"

To install the Headlight, I must also install the coded frm3?
Or are them plug and play?
