Front Suspension has a clunk, car drives solid other then that.
Full service records and only serviced from Dealerships

I'd say C$8-9K. I would want to look thru maint records to see if and when major items replaced, ie: turbos, High Pressure Fuel Pump, injectors, few other things.
What tires are on the car? Michelin, Bridgestone, Hankook, Continental and other big names means something. Wang Ho Super Trak or other also means something.
How does the drivers seat look like?
If you don't already know, its often critical with a 135 to know a very good BMW indy garage. Consider joining Trillium Chapter [Toronto] of BMWCCA and they should be a world of help.
Going alone, will drain your wallet very quickly.

Injectors were not replaced but I see injector service was done about every 50,000KM
Engine is N55, so I dont think turbo is an issue
HPFP seems to have been replaced once

Tires are Michelin, rear 2 need replacing soon.
Drivers Seat is good condition. Has tiny crack on the side but nothing major

It doesn't cost much to get leather seat repaired, look for some leather shops out there.

Color Glo works well, I used a guy name Zibby a few years ago when I accidentally punched in the leather on my GTI.
