USB/AUX -->Y-Cable-->Lightning-->Iphone X?
Hi everyone!
Can anyone confirm for me whether or not this method still works for newer iphones (i.e, the X)? Specifically a non-idrive 128i Connecting the oem bmw y-cable to a apple 30 pin to lighting adapter to an Iphone X. From my research on the sticky's this should give AAC audio - which is the clearest the iPhone can give. It's just most information is either for the F30 or the older iphone 5 Thanks! |

+1 on the Tune2Air. I had both the Y-cable and the Tune2Air and never touched the former once I setup the Bluetooth Tune2Air. The Y-cable produced distorted audio as well.
