Got home and as I tried to switch the car off, got the "there is an electrical/electronic fault again" CD switch would turn on or off, radio, was acting weird
Car wouldnt switch off from the button.
logged on and there was like 38 codes, I checked the battery and the "histogram" would not display, but the "last" 5 days battery showed as good
screenshots of the codes are on another PC, will try and pull them off and post them

(dropped car of at Dealer BTW afterwards)

the relevant ones are at 85,232, thats when I pulled up on to my drive pretty much, the other ones I think are a problem with my kan lead , possibly ?

So I got it fixed (well so far), Dealer did a lot of work, (as listed below) not sure if I feel entirely "safe" but appreciate your comments

* scanned vehicle, found k-can faulty comm and shorted faults

1> followed test plan for checking wiring harness
2> removed microfibre filter housing to gain access to DME
3> checked terminal 15 wake up line between DME and CAS - line good
4> found abnormal voltage on k-can L
5> removed control units 1 by 1 on the k-can
6> radio / ac & heater control / FRM / CAS / Drivers seat control module / passenger seat module/
and all other control units, by removing and reconnecting
7> some of the control units reset and required coding
8> programmed vehicle
9> checked functionality
10> cold start of vehicle
11> road test , rescanned
12> all found working ok at the moment
