Question Chrome Tint of Charcoal ?

Before I ordered my car I had decided on 20% charcoal tint, but when I picked it up yesterday they put on 20% chrome tint. I guess its not bad but its not what i originally wanted. They said if I still wanted it changed after a few weeks, then they would change it. What do you guys think?? stick with the chrome or get the charcoal?

We can't help you decide if you don't post pictures of what your chrome tint looks like. Sounds very bling bling.

I think these chrome tints would look better on a lighter colored car like TiAg, or White. Cause right now it just sticks out too much IMO!

Get rid of the chrome and get what you want. The chrome (mirror) look is NOT good.

I agree with the above opinions. Tints usually de-emphasize the windows and accentuate the car. These chrome ones seem to accentuate the windows and de-emphasize the car. I prefer the darker tint, which would be a lighter shade of your car color.

I hate to say it, but those chrome tints are ugly! Have them remove/change to charcoal tints.

Doesn't look very nice, almost as if the windows still have that pre-delivery wax on them.

Thank you Yeung330xi! This is the thoughtful way to post pictures. Attachments are the way to go as people can on them or not, as they prefer and others do not have to scroll through page after page of photos.

damn, what do you guys think i should do? i've already set up an appointment for huper optik drei series tint on my silver e90. its not 'plaid out chrome', its a very slight mirror tint that I personally think would work well with silver with aluminum trim and soon to get aluminum pedals. i like the monocrhome look, the car will be all silver and black.

Also, where are our radio antennas located? becuase they say the drei series is a metallic tint, if its in the back window, i can get interference.
