How can I buy a Maddad exhaust

Ugh, I wish I would have seen this thread before I ordered last week. I haven’t heard anything since the initial order confirmation. Should I try to cancel???

Wow, I was 1 click from ordering this a few days ago and stopped to do more research on other exhausts.
Please let us know how this works out. After more research the whisper is exactly what I want. It's been 3 years since the last post in this thread. Hopefully they worked out their issues

Yeah the best bet is to find a good condition used one. I was lucky a few years back and found someone who wanted to get rid of theirs for a Berk Race muffler that I had that came on the car when I bought it years ago...been loving this for years as a result. I would just keep hunting the forums for one to show up. GL

I sent an email asking about shipping a few days ago, and still no answer. How would I even go about cancelling my order?!?!?

If it comes down to it, a chargeback will most likely get him to return your emails.

Yeah, the problem is they’re not charging my card until it ships, whether that’s tomorrow or 9 months from now.

How is this going? I'm torn between maddad and PE. I sent them an email about turnaround time on their axel back. Told them I was ready to pay now and I got no answer over several days. Hope you get it soon.

Hmm wow this is surprising.. I actually have a full Maddad on my previous 10' 135 and I don't remember there being a lag issue with shipping at all then..

This was actually the exhaust system I wanted to get for my newly acquired 13' 135i, I'm a bit set back by this info though

What's going on here?? Is the business failing or something?

From what I read in another thread. Maddad is no longer in bizz. I bought a whisper used recently. But don't see too many used around either

Since when??? Their site is still up and running with no issue. They better damn well be in business as theirs is the only exhaust i'd want for this car

So I got in touch with Scott Taylor with Stromung (original maddad manufacturer) and told him the story and I was looking for the whisper axle-back, etc. that Maddad used to sell. Go fuckin figure, he emails me right back saying they still have the build fixtures and files for these exhausts and that he could def get one together for me, he even said he still has a midpipe setup laying around!

So looks like regardless of maddad's involvement or not, I can still get my hands on the best exhaust for this model

Also he said they should ship within 4-5 days of payment!

I just sent him payment 2 days back. I'll update when I've got it!
