Weird noise when braking

Hey guys, so I hear a really weird noise when I'm braking these days and I think it's getting worse. See the video linked because it's hard to describe.

It only happens when I jab on the brakes from around 10-20km/h down to 0km/h, I don't hear it at any higher speeds and I've been trying to listen for it.

It's not a squealing or a harsh grinding noise. Got the brakes checked out by a BMW mechanic recently and they said the pads were fine, but the rotors were glazed (this may explain the squealing I hear, but not this other weird noise). I thought it may have been the shocks because they were leaking, but I've got them changed but the sound is still there.

It's coming from the front somewhere, maybe the brakes somehow? Could be something rubbing on something else as the car dives a bit under braking?

As in a brake booster fault? How could I check that?
