Buying a new BMW Hong Kong

Advice needed on purchasing a car in Hong Kong,
I'm new to getting a new car in total and have read and understand how it works in other regions but am confused on Hong Kong

I've been told that Hong Kong can be treated as a whole branch without separate franchises is this true?

Something about 6 months and 100% tax on additional accessories including cosmetic?

mods need to be verified with corresponding bodies ?
can I install at port to skip a 2nd verification ?

my dealer told me I can't track my car ?

looking for a kind soul that is able to answer any of my questions
