Missing my 1er in Singapore
Visiting your beautiful country for a month.
Your MRT is very nice and clean and taxi's are very convenient everywhere, but I am missing my 135i fiercely. I see BMW's everywhere in large quantity but only one AW 130i has crossed my path. Any 135 owners out here want to show off their car, zip down North Bridge Rd for me....I'm in desperate need of some modified Bavarian exhaust note music. |

Check out Orchard Towers and you will forget about your 1er... at least for a short while. Lived there myself for 3 months a few years ago. I love it there.

Till now, I've only seen one particular 135i in the East. Took a picture of it as they are rare: ![]() It isn't red, something like reddish brown, which I can't get reference to the official name of the colour off the websites. Perhaps you can recognize this colour? |

What colour is this? Don't look like the sedona red or crimson red. Maybe it is but cause of lightings and camera effects, the colour looks different on pics. Are you driving the 1er as well? ![]() |

Yea, the pictures doesn't do justice to the colour of the car. In real person, the colour actually gives off a copper-like brown together with the shade of red under direct sunlight. Thus, does that qualify as Sedona red?
Nope, I'm not driving a 1er. Still not earning enough to get myself a bimmer yet. Haha, I'm sure you know how expensive it is to own one in Singapore. We can't even get ourselves an old E30 to drive around town as it's just crazy to own old cars with our road taxes.. =( |
