ABS Fault Codes 5DBD & 5DA7
Posted a few days ago and for some reason cant reply to my own thread. Mushy brake pedal and yellow brake warning on dash, with no fluid leaks. Planning to replace pads, rotors, master cylinder but am wondering if anyone knows what these codes mean?
Hoping i don't need any really expensive components in addition to those listed above. With car parked, standing on the pedal gave the following: 5DB2 Yaw rate sensor: DRS sends signal AY2=invalid (DRS-Typ MM 3.x). Error will cause a warning light Error is not currently present Test conditions have been completed 5DBD Valve (USV1): General error. Error will cause a warning light Error is currently present Test conditions have been completed 5DA7 Outlet valve (OV) front right: General error. Error will cause a warning light Error is currently present Test conditions have been completed Anyone have or had these?

I have the same two codes 5DBD and 5DA7. I can't get my DSC/ABS pump to run either. My scanner allows me to "start" it but it will not run. I've been checking your post to see if anyone has provided answers but.....nothing!?

How many miles on your wheelspeed sensors. Won't fix your mushy pedal which is most likely fluid or master/slave. But is part of the TCS and ABS system health.
