Carbon cleaning after only 25K

I had my first carbon cleaning at 44K. Was done under warranty. Had the next one at 90K. Last week car threw a code and had solenoids replaced and still threw a fault. Looked at the valves caked at 117K. Car also needed a diverter valve.

What would cause my valves to carbon up at reduced mileage intervals?
As my car has aged I have reduced intervals for all maintenance items.
OCI at 5K and now use top tier gas last 3 years. use a Lubro moly injector cleaner and valve clean once a month.

Could it be Costco top tier gas? I have a tune but not agressive. 380HP, 370TQ. I don't think it's the gas. maybe you guys have an idea.. thanks

I didn't know Costco sold top tier gas. I only go to BP or Shell just to be sure. Do you drive it hard when you drive?

Not really. Maybe 20% of the time is spirited driving. I did not think Costco gas would make any difference because they cannot call it top tier without certain conditions met. And of course Costco buys their gas from one of the big suppliers anyway. It's a puzzle.

Costco does sell top tier gas. Don't remember if it was on Bimmerpost or else where that a whole thread discussed this. The Costco near me also has signs advertising they are top tier.

Yes, I know Costco sells top tier. I have been using it for about 2 years now for obvious reasons. It's about 20 cents a gallon cheaper then others near me.

I'm just trying to rule out what might have caused my valves to carbon up so quickly and I was worried it might be the gas. but if it's top tier it must be OK.
