Fluid leak at steering shaft boot- 2008 bmw 128i convertible

Hello

Can anyone please tell me what fluid is leaking after i removed this cover at the footwell? Seem like power steering fluid? Does this happen to anyone? Thanks.

The first pic is of your brake booster. Strange leak though. Dry it off and recheck. Does your brake pedal go hard with the engine off?

Second pic doesnt look wet?
