Performance BMW shops in WA State
I just moved from San Diego CA to Bainbridge Island WA and had an unpleasant experience today when a valet at the downtown Seattle Renaissance went to retrieve my BMW 135i. The parking garage had steep inclines going up and down and the valet came up the final incline to fast knocking off my right splitter before running it over . I'll be reimbursed later by Marriott, but need to find a place to install the new splitters once my new ones arrive. Someone please

Welcome! San Diego to Bainbridge.... Navy huh?
Ouch, that's a bummer. I'm assuming you are referring to the BMW Performance carbon fiber splitters? And they ripped one off without damaging anything else on the car? If so, that's impressive! Still following this assumption, the carbon fiber splitters are simple bolt-ons and can be done by anyone in about 10 minutes. If you want a shop to do the work, you'll probably be looking for someone near Edmonds using the Kingston ferry. That being said, I don't have any suggestions. See http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=625195 for related info.

I can recommend Eastside Bavarian in Issaquah, they only work on BMW. They are more of a service shop but will do performance work too. Very clean, large, hi tech shop. Speak with Ken, he's a good guy and does their service writing. Fair prices for service too.
Strictly BMW in Bellevue has been around for years and has a good reputation. They have a pretty small shop and are a bit expensive. Auburn Foreign Car has a good reputation. Hope this helps. |

I personally know all the guys from Cantrell Motorsport. I have taken my car there as have all my friends. They always have like 5mil in cars up on lifts at once. It's nuts. Amazing service, stupid fast and really friendly / knowledgeable.
