The offsets you want for the V710s are 45 front and 50 rear.

The tire question I cannot answer for sure.

- not sure if V710 comes in 18'' in the front otherwise front tires will look too thin in the front especially if you run 18.5 in the front

Yes, the stock tires will fit, but it's recommended you try your best to stay way from Run-Flat Tires, they're quite awful to be honest... Way too hard, they don't grip and they can be very loud.
