If we count by continent, I guess the chance to see a 1M in Africa is the rarest: only 71 were made available in South-Africa (maybe they got a higher allocation in the second half of 2011) (see for example "Tested: BMW's Ballistic 1M": http://www.wheels24.co.za/RoadTests/...ic-1M-20110905).

I recall reading somewhere in the threads here that there are only 6 in Phillipines which has a population of 93m, nearly double that of SA (50m). That's exclusivity.

Two forum members over here are from Israel. They had to do the impossible for getting a 1M to an Israeli BMW dealership. 2 out of almost 8 million people is also definitely exclusive.

3 in Turkey, confirmed by BMW Turkey. 75 million people, World's 16th biggest economy.

25 in Brazil, 205 million people, 7th biggest economy.

Other than countries that did not even have a quota, these are the ones that I believe to be the champions of exclusivity.

Here in Chile, there is around 10-15, no confirmation of exact number, but they are just 17 million people. And I already saw 2 others on the road.

In a sense mine is the rarest of all maybe, if it is the only diplomatic sales/plated 1M in the World, got to check this! It just doesn't belong to any national quota and I never heard of another one yet. I am considering a 1 of 1 plate

No numbers for Germany. Only fact so far is that 591 new 1M's have been registerd in Germany in 2011. Not really a lot.
