BMW e90 Cuts off in hot outside tempratures

Hi Guy i have BMW 320i 2006 petrol model, the issue is that when outside tempretues are really hot as in 27 degrees and above it cuts off while driving, showing a traction cotrol light, ABS light as well is cruise control light. i took the car to mechanics they changes the ambiant sensor and crank sensor but still does the same, we tried disabling the ABS module by removing a fuse but the issue still continues, any one with an idea what the issue might be....

This is the Off Topic Sports Lounge, perhaps post in a more appropriate section?
