^ thats no joke, but thankfully, I havent lost too much lately. Unlike my friend that has lost about $10,000 in the past 45 days..............eek!
I guess it depends on the interest rate. I think I have a great rate (3.9%) on my CPO'd ZHP and would hope a returning BMWFS customer could score an even better rate on a new car. But I cant predict the future offered interest rates. I know I'm not getting quite 3% on my "secured" cash but I think I would rather pay the difference and keep my net worth up... I'm also going to consider leasing my next new car. At the end of 36 months, I might just keep the car by financing (depending on rates) or paying in full... If I'm not sold on the 1er, leasing would be a good option for me to get into a 335i sedan...
