Need Programmer to eliminate adaptive headlight check/warning
I am in Montgomery County, MD.
Looking for someone who can help me KILL adaptive headlight control option in 2009 135i. This thing is expensive to replace, which I've done 4 times already... Thank you in advance! |

1) the wiring on the LEDs for the ballasts have interfered with the adaptive motors and blocked/burned them out. 2) the extra wiring got in the way of the headlight rear seal when you reinstalled and water got in, damaging the system. However this is less likely as you would surely had other signs of water infiltration. Lux was a big sell on this chassis when it was new and while I never gave them my business,I had LED angel bulbs at one time, had this exact problem, promptly uninstalled once I realized the problem was the LED assembly itself. Installed PIAA H8 bulbs, cranked the voltage, and never looked back. Cheers

Quite sure that it can, I have not needed to try it but it's in their menus, an entry for each and every single light on the car to skip checking it. |
