Blue shadow alcantara - views please
Looking to get a 330d M Sport E91 Touring. Standard spec is the alcantara, but I haven't been able to find any to look at - all UK dealers seem to have put leather in their demo's.
I actually quite like alcantara but wouldn't feel comfortable ordering without having seen, and the leather is pushing car up to uncomfortable price !! Any pics and thoughts about the alcantara appreciated. Thanks Al |

The alcantara edges are OK, good even, but the cloth centre is a bit naff. If you have gone this far (ie 330d M Sport and not 320d or 330d SE) leather will be the better bet, especially on re-sale. But if you must, then it's not a bad compromise.

I really wish we could get the alcantara in NA; I almost went for an E46 ZHP, saved only by the impending release of the E90. Glad I waited, but now that I have my heart set on a 335 with alcantara and the rest of the M-sport interior, the wait is getting loooonnnnggg.
