Also I like how these side skirts seem to raise/curve the bottom edge of the car at the rear wheels.

Can these calipers be bought seperately? or would this simply not work on the OEM disks? or am I completely clueless...

Calipers are included in the Big Brake Kit (BBK). They can NOT be purchased separately.
