Interior Trim coming up
Hi everyone, I have two very minor issues with my interior trim --
Around the center console the trim itself is peeling up off the plastic. Can I just use super glue? Gorilla glue? Anything specific to auto trim needed? The long piece of trim above the glove box is popped off at the end. I can pop it back in but it comes right back up, like a clip is broken maybe. Can I replace this clip? Or is it the dashboard maybe? |

Make sure that orange clip underneath is lined up properly to the trim piece. It really shouldn't be popping up unless the pieces are not lined up.

I think it's the material on the dash just stretching over time, letting go its grab on the orange clip. Mine did the same thing, I just cut some felt to wrap around the orange clip, and it was enough to hold the trim in place and also stop a squeak.

It shouldn't be happening that soon on a 2013 model unless the car spends most of its time sitting out in the scorching sun.
