I just got my CSL's fitted and first impressions are very happy. Quality, fit and finish is very good. Only thing I'm a bit let down is that the CSL's don't stand out as much as what I thought they would, I still consider it a subtle change to the car as opposed to some other rims I could have chose. The CSL's definitely improve the cars look by twice as much but the CSL looks very OEM which is probably the look most people are going for. This is the first time I've seen a CSL wheel in the flesh, but overall I could not be happier. I know I'll be pleased with this look even more with a drop but I'm pleasantly surprised with how good it looks on stock suspension. I think what I really wanted was CSL 19's so when they come out you can sign me up! I'd probably go with Matt Black next time because Gunmetal isn't as dark as what I thought, but still awesome!! Anything is better than silver, we need to hide that brake dust lol

wheel ordered, Thanks Matt, its been a great experience with my numerous questions.
For those wondering I ordered gunmetal with hankook v12s 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 I have camber plates for the front, and in the rear im running -2.5 degrees of camber and the fenders are already rolled. I will post up fitment pictures on my AW 135 as soon as I get these. Thx again, great service so far. |

Nice! Thanks for posting. They look great. Any rubbing issues?
Those Brembo brake calipers look awesome. What model are they and where did you get them? Advantages for getting them? |

No rubbing issues at all. I do have Vorshlag camber plates.
As for the brakes, I can't remember the exact model number. They're the heavy duty Brembo GT 6 piston monobloc set. I think there's only one model that fits the 135. The stock brakes just couldn't handle serious track activity. These are far superior to the OEM brakes. I got them from a local shop in Salt Lake city before I moved last fall. They're called Streamline Industries. |
