yea, i pulled the plug on a set of 19" yesterday. Indeed with a 45offset rear a 245x35x19 will work fine but the tire may be a little stretched if the RIGHT tire is not chosen. I am going with the widest 245 tires as some are a tad wider than others or a 255x30 in the rear if i roll the rims. Some wide 245 can work..I am finalizing my tire selection this week as the rims will be off to the powdercoater (GUNMETAL...Yea!!!) and i should have them in the next couple weeks. Finally after a year i went with something VERY aggressive .....

sylon i was told by Julius@WSTO that the FalkenFK452 is a nice narrow sized tire to try a 225/255 set up with. If you give it a shot you MIGHT not need a fender roll.

They won't be going on the car anytime soon unfortunately. Not until I can save up for tires and tpms sensors.

Speaking of, we established the rear tires, what about the fronts? 225/40/19's???

That would explain why 225/40/19's were marked as "special order" on Tire Rack, lol. Thanks.

Edit: Forgot to answer your question. I got 19x8.5 ET45's up front, 19x9.5 ET45 rears.

I know I could, but I dont want to have to keep swapping them. I might go that route, Im just worried about having to take the tires on and off the stock wheels over and over whenever I need to swap them out.

sylon, good luck with the 19x9.5 ET45s in the back. i've got the same setup with Falken 255/35s on the back + 1.75deg of neg camber and they still rub in a hard corner or high speed bump. I've been told that a 245 would work better, but am conserned about potholes with that small of a tire.

Will be curious to see how your setup works out once you get it mounted.

So which offset do we want to order the VMR 19" if we don't want any rubbing at all? 19 with 8.5 in front et45 and 19 with 9.5 in back with et50?

Maybe because some people have their cars leased and the dealer wouldn't appreciate rolled fenders?

What were you referring to? I was referring to the TPMS sensors, lol.

Fenders will get rolled eventually, as I want to lower it too. 245's should work fine on stock suspension.

I used my RFT's and TPMS on my 18" VB3's at first cuz the S.Drives we ordered were too big and rubbed.
