OEM Suspension Upgrade

My car has 105K km on it now and I'm toying with the idea of putting a set of KW V2's onto it. My question is, is there a point when the OEM suspension is basically knackered and requires replacing? I know this would be dependant on the kind of driving that has been done but is there a rough number to work on for when it needs some attention? And yes, I'm looking to add extra justification to the KW upgrade.

Each car is different, i.e. if you've driven the tyres off it with plenty of track work and bumpy roads v's a car that has spent the majority of its life at low speeds on smooth suburban roads.

Having said that why not upgrade some of the sussy components to M3 items when doing coilovers?

It already has M3 control arms and front sway bar.

A spirited drive every month or so and three or four track days.

The ones i have kept long enough get done around 80-100K KM.
I've had mates change suspension at 35K Km as it was knackered after that time on some of the lower value cars like Corolla's

I did my BMW as 85K KM

As soon as you replace the stock runflat tyres with conventional performance tires, then it becomes time to upgrade the dampers and rear sub-frame bushings to something more appropriate for a performance car.
