It is a direct swap for a 135i (128i w/o sports package doesn't have the bar, so they'd need to order a bolt to finish the kit).

It certainly looks like the slek front lip, but probably its the knock off version (see: http://www.jl-motoring.com/BMW_E82_E...p/bmfs8201.htm).
