Mr. Dinan talks NA tunes
I thought it was interesting what he says about NA tunes at ~6:30. Maybe this is why Dinan doesn't offer a tune for the N52??

They used to - for the E36 and E46 cars, there was stage 1, 2, and 3 software, the latter requiring their larger throttle body and a free-flow exhaust and intake. Worked really great on my '03 330i ZHP that came with better cams than non-ZHP cars. Dinan also produced upgraded software for NA M 6-cyl engines and the E9x M3 V8. I'm pretty sure they also had upgrades for the M5 V8 and V10 engines as well, but they also worked best with intake and exhaust mods.

He has a point. A tune for no bolt ons n52 really made little to no difference in my experience all though i don't have dyno's to back it up.
However he did say with hardware changes a tune is absolutely necessary. This is especially true when it comes to the 3 stage manifold and catless headers.
