FS: (TX) 2008 135i 6MT coupe, 79k, all options, Sedona/Black
Thanks to all this COVID fun, I'm finding that I don't drive our 135i nearly enough, which means it's probably time to find it a new home! This is a well maintained, clean but not perfect sports car that's tons of fun to drive. I believe I'm the third owner and this is my third N54 so I knew what I was getting into. Previous owner did things like the water pump/thermostat and oil pan gasket. Here's what I've done (all work within the past 2000 miles): Oil filter, oil cooler, and intake manifold gaskets Vacuum line replacement cabin filter replacement spark plug replacement M3 control arm upgrade (full M3 front suspension) passenger side mirror glass replacement replaced fuel injector cyl #1 oil change, trans fluid front/rear brake pads The car has a replacement iDrive head unit with CarPlay and Android Auto, along with stuff like a backup camera. (I have all the original parts for the head unit and suspension upgrades and they go with the car). OEM 2 piece style 71 wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires Cosmetically it's probably an 8/10 inside and out, with only a few dings and a couple larger issues on the rear bumper setting it back. If I was going to keep the car I'd send it off to get the bumper fixed and call it a day. You can see the damage in the photos; it was from the previous owner but I guess never bothered me enough to fix it. Please check out the pictures and let me know if you have any questions. Please PM me as I might not remember to check out the FS thread as much as I should. last 7 of VIN: VF22130 Last edited by zmt; 07-08-2020 at 09:16 AM.. |

I am not looking to purchase this car, though it is beautiful - but I do have a question - what is that head unit and how hard was it to install?
Thanks!

https://avinusa.com/10-25-multimedia...2-f23-f87.html Mine was ~$400 with OEM looking backup cam and AA/carplay hardware. Install wasn't toooo bad as I was already looking to fix the airbag rattle I had. you do have to hack the dash top a bit, but the modifications are covered by either the new HU or OEM screen assembly. get some help if this intimidates you: |
