1 Series leather dashboard

Do I understand that it would be silly to spend this kind of money to wrap a 1 Series dashboard in leather. You bet.

Do I want it anyway. Dear sweet little infant baby Jesus yes!

Anybody here willing to contribute to a gofundme?

Is this new? I've never seen something like this before. I think the leather would crack easy since the sun hit it directly. It does look good though.

Dang they even did the whole center console all the way to the arm rest!!
Actually looks pretty nice honestly, but would have to keep it looking brand new to stay looking nice I think, any aging and it might start looking off.

BTW, are those cloth seats, or some sort of textured leather? What's going on there.

That's a good question - I know other manufacturers offer genuine leather on dashboards. I'm pretty sure Porsche does for example. I imagine upkeep would be more involved than a plastic dashboard.

I think they are cloth. From what I have seen, a lot of European 1er's have cloth or partially cloth seats.

It does look nice, doesn't it!

Yes, it looks really nice imo. I saw the cloth/leather seats years ago here on 1ADDICTS. Wish they would've offered them in the states.

Not really new persay, there was one of the 1er concepts that had a full alcantara dash with white stitching. This company is just marketing a dash they have patterns cut out for already. I've been quoted for leather or alcantara for the same work from a few places in the states. Hits around $1400 with you providing the parts. So this is a bit on the more expensive side in euros
