Looking at this photo, does that look like an LED foglight/strip on the lower bumper? credit to bimmerfile

No, it's an oil cooler.

Doesn't look like it. Plus, I got to see the BMW Welt car yesterday and it looks like the front indicators will use incandescent bulbs instead of LEDs.
