Selling the oil cooler off my 135i. Comes with everything seen below except the black frame rail bracket. I believe that bracket is called a radiator support bracket. Not sure on the part number.

Not hard at all but this is a passenger side cooler. You would just run the 2nd cooler off the top 2 ports of the oil filter housing.

Well, that depends on how you mount it. If you bend some brackets you can bolt it right to the subframe yourself. If you buy the black bracket then you will need to pull the front fascia off and the front bumper support. It's easy work either way.
