Evolution Raceworks make a carbon fiber wide body kit... Front bumper + fenders + side skirts. Also noticed some carbon fiber 1m fenders on eBay coming out of China.

damn i didnt want to go widebody. i was actually looking at the carbon fiber process. and it doesnt look ridiculous hard.

Depends how much $ you got. SLeK can make you one off carbon fiber fenders. Would have to be willing to pay for the prototype + mold though.

That's how much it's going to be to get anything made, and since there are no carbon-fibre fenders apart from the ER one it'd be the only option.
