Phoenix Catless Downpipes? (N54)

Seen Phoenix downpipes on sale for a great price on XPH. Phoenix works with BMS correct? (Assuming it's the same Phoenix)

The only issue is that I can't find anything about these downpipes. No one else seems to sell them but they also don't have any reviews either as to whether people have used them.

I recently purchased the phoenix downpipes for my '11 335i N55 engine and the pipes that split connecting the downpipe and exhaust were not a good fit. I was only able to secure the downpipe using 3/4 bolts and nuts. Also, the two pieces that project off of the downpipes appear to be for the mounting bracket to the transmission were both out of alignment. I drove the car after install and I had no codes appear. I am also running jb4. Is it possible that I could possibly receive a new downpipe in exchange that is a better fit? Or is there a possibility that I installed the downpipe incorrectly?
