I have the complete black original interior from my base 128i for sale, as I swapped it to coral red. Manual seats, non-heated.

It's in great shape for the age. I'd give it an 8/10.
Only damage worth noting was a very slight separation in the fake leather (not a full tear) in the drivers outer bolster, which was repaired.
Junkyards would call this a 10/10

$600 for the complete interior. Will part out as seats only or door panels only.
Really don't want to ship complete/just seats. Will consider shipping door panels.
