Charlie and McKenna BMW
I'm sure everyone already knows, but Charlie at McKenna BMW is the best. I found an issue with my car, called Charlie on Monday afternoon. He had me in the very next morning, they were able to confirm the issue, order parts, repair the car, and have me out Thursday morning. If your BMW needs any sort of repairs, warrantied or otherwise, give Charlie a call.

I just might be willing to drive to McKenna. I was not very happy with both my local BMW dealers/service department on my previous visit.
