will get the clear turn signals for MY 2007? The E46 sedan never got them in the US. You could buy them as an accessory, but they were never factory installed.

I believe the entire life-cycle was always two piece. The E46 sedan facelift was in 2002.

Never. DOT requires amber reflectors. So if they ain't in the headlights, they are on your bumper, which is even worse.

Exactly...The E46 coupe was able to get away with it becasue of the amber reflectors on the bumper cover.

The orange reflectors aren't so bad...why does you guys hate them so much?

I was thinking though - it would be cool if they could just give everyone clears, and put in orange led's - kinda like the 5 series has orange led's in the "eyebrows"...very cool

I think future E90 sedans will come with clears in the US in conjunction with a sport package or the M3 (and put in the orange reflectors into the bumpers like on the Z4 or the e46-coupe sport package cars). This is just a theory based on what BMW has done in the past with their cars.. the clears will be a sort of refreshing of the car in a year or two.
