Das Bat officially for sale

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 34,500.00

Or Best Offer

Item Interest
Das Bat is officially for sale if I get a good offer. I have a few other plans that I want to try and I think it's time for a fresh start. Das Bat was the first e82 135 to 1M conversion in the world. The car is originally a 2012 135i with DCT and has 70k miles, almost all of which are highway miles. LTMW converted it into a 1M cosmetically using all OEM 1M parts and panels except the mirrors.
The car has been maintained well and just got back from replacing the water pump, thermostat, and expansion tank. There are a few minor issues you'd expect at 70k miles, but most will be taken care of prior to selling. Some of the issues are the outside temperature sensor is damaged, replacement shock is on the way, and the door needs to be rewrapped.

The car doesn't need to be sold, so I'm not going to take any lowball offers. It's a very unique car so the exact price is hard to come up with, but bone stock 2012 135's with these miles are going for 25k and bone stock 1M's are still in the 50k+ range. So with that in mind, make your best offer! I am willing to negotiate from the set price as this is a unique car and clearly has no definitive number that it's worth.

Car was purchased for 45k
1M widebody conversion 8k
3M satin black wrap 3k
Mode Carbon rear diffuser 1,500
Mode Carbon front splitter 1,250
Mode Carbon spoiler 700
Custom quad exhaust tips 400
A&R catless down pipe $730
ER Front mount intercooler $1,200
ER Charge pipe $300
BMS JB4 stage 2 $530
Ksport Kontrol pro coils $1,300
Zito Wheels/Toyo T1R's $3,000

Will add any set of BLK wheels for an additional $4,500, with retail being $10k+. For any questions or offers, please email to Tony@BLKwheels.com

I'm not a buyer but figure I will ask the question for potential buyers. What's the original color and what's the condition of the paint

You would better off selling the car without the wrap. Potential buyers are going to want to see the quality of work underneath.

The original color is Jet Black and it was repainted prior to the installing the wrap. Still fresh paint under the wrap!

It's immaculate, except for the brake calipers? Hmmmmm. Kind of like looking at a pretty woman who needs a manicure.
