No codes. The car doesn't know the difference.

I had Jim at Performance Gearing build me an LSD for my e90 330i as well. I can't remember if it was 3.38 or 3.46.
Anyway, I am looking at installing one on my new to me 2010 135i now. I remember on my e90, it would do weird things with the DSC unless I turned it completely off. I believe things have changed with DSC a little, so I'm wondering if the eDiff can be turned completely off or not so as to not interfere with the mechanical diff. |

I think its pretty awesome of them to not charge you up front for the core. I noticed that BR Racing has a warranty of three years on their differentials. Wavetrac and Quaife both have a limited lifetime warranty. Maybe this is what explains the lower BRR pricing. As a side note, BR Racing seem to carry a lot of BMW Performance parts at great prices. Great find, and I will definitely include them in my short list of vendors.

So there are no options for us poor DCT guys? It's a 2.56, correct? So spending $4k+ for a quaife is my only option? I don't want to bump up to 3.08...

No it doesn't come with a drain plug. Only fill. You still have to pump it out or remove the cover.

Prices at BR Racing just went up again, twice in a week - WTF!
$2950 3.08 ratio $2950 3.46 ratio 3.64 ratio no longer available ... Got to stop posting on forums read by these guys ... Time to get a Wavetrac from competitors for a $1000 less ...

Really wish prices hadn't gone up. $600 is a big price increase with the addition of up front core charge... Still a good deal but makes me think of going another route. OP, hows it holding up? Still running quiet?
Price is about $200 less straight from performance gearing rather than the BR Racing site.
