I don't believe the DIY master has never heard of this kit? maybe I assumed wrong.

Thanks for the quality close ups. Finally can get an idea of the quality of this kit. I was already set on ContiComfortKit. Might need to reconsider now. Looks really nice.

I was trying to make out the instructions but you could probably tell from physically looking at it.

Does the white sealant canister puncture when you screw the cap on or does plugging up the compressor to the cap and powering up automatically activate it? I'm guessing if the first one is true the kit was packaged with the sealant canister seperate.

Also, do you get the BMW case with that?

thanks.

The ContiComfortKit is a comparable alternative...and less expensive. I've had the pleasure (actually displeasure) of having to use it.

from what i read, it's a pita to clean up the sealant once used.

the m mobility kit and continental kit differ as they use a latex sealant.

can you use this kit for all flats or just minor ones? If you hit a nail and the thing deflates you just inflate it a little bit to get to a tire shop?

just curious to know how well this works. no need to ever carry a spare?

The directions say it easily washes out with water. There are several other slime products that may be different (preventative slime for ATVs).

It's what's in my trunk.

If I use the sealant, will I be able to repair the tire after? The guys from whom I bought my tires said that its not a good idea to use "fix-a-flat" products as is is very slimy. Is it the same with the M mobility kit?

My issue with the slime kit is ease of use as compared to the conti or BMW mobility kits. With the slime kit you have to remove the valve stem center, attach the bottle, squeeze in the slime, add the stem back, connect the air pump, fill it up . . . the other kits you attach the air pump, twist and it pumps the sealant in as it fills - way easier.

I realized that. What if you lose the stem valve when you change tire in the middle of the night? out of luck?

Too bad its not available, just last week they had the kit on sale for only $29 bucks. If you ask me that kit looks identical to the ContiComfort. Probably have the same "made in China" stamp on it
