n55 JB4 W BEF LPFP not registering past 0
I am breaking in a new engine after a replacement due to rod bearing failure. I installed the back end flash in hopes that it would help with safety features. I have the mobile app and I added the LPFP as one of the display parameters and i noticed that it never moves from 0.0. I did a log (not WOT, just start from street light) and it stayed at 0.0.
I am able to drive the 20 miles to work and back without issue, during the cold start in the morning after it cranks the idle drops low for a few seconds before it settles back. This made me think there might be a fuel issue. 1.Is there a relay that sends the information from the LPFP that may be disconnected or not working? 2.Would the car still be able to drive if the LPFP was no longer working? 3.Is there an other probable reason that the JB4 isn't receiving the information? 4. Could the LPFP potential failure have attributed to the rod bearing failure that I had? ANY help at all would be greatly appreciated!! 2011 135i N55 pure stage 1 FBO (in engine break in stage)

I am almost certain that on the N55 you can not log LPFP PSI as the N55 does not have the sensor for it like the N54. You can retrofit one on the HPFP hard line and read it from a gauge if you'd like as an option. I believe Spool Performance was trying to work on something to offer it to the masses to allow reading it along with ethanol content on their app.
