Is "My BMW Garage" not working for anyone else?

I ordered a BMW about 1 week ago. I have been trying to create a new account on mybmw.bmwusa.com, but after I enter my address I always get the following error:
An error occurred and your My BMW Garage is unavailable at this time.

Please try again later or visit BMWUSA.com.
I have tried multiple computers, even my work computer. I have tried multiple browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge). I have tried multiple email addresses. However, it always gives me an error after I enter my address.

My address is not unusual; it is rather normal with a house number and a simple street name.

Can somebody try to create a new MyBMW account and let me know if it works?

Also, I can't find a way to contact the webmaster of bmwusa.com.

It seems unusual to call a phone number to let the webmaster know the web site is not working, but I will call them tomorrow. Usually there is an email address or a contact form.

Is MyBMW working for you?

Not completely - only shows my cars.

Thank you for the status update.

I tried to create a new account again this morning, but I still get an error. I tried on two different computers.

I will try calling the 800 number to report the problem.

I called the 800 number and reached a person within a few minutes of placing the phone call. She said the BMW account system is in a transition state where the team is unifying the MyBMW account with the Connected account system. She manually added my address and contact information to their system and asked me to try again in a day or two after the update propagates through the system.

Tonight I tried creating an account with my email address and name, but I used my work address instead of my home address. It worked! The MyBMW site doesn't like my home address for some reason, even though it is a very simple address.
