Apex and fitment issues

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone could offer insight or has been through this issue before . I have ran my apex wheels for the last 1.5 years and absolutely LOVE them. I am running the typical staggered sizes in +45 and +58 offsets. I have m3 control arms, St xta suspension, camber plates, and 5mm spacers upfront . I usually run 225/40/18 but upgraded to 235/40/18 yesterday. Now At highway speed with bigger dips or off camber aggressive cornering I get rubbing. Wondering if anyone has any tips or ideas? Should I be running -3 camber up front, or is this too aggressive ? I currently am around -2.0 up front . Wondering what other people have done who have aftermarket suspension bits, lowered, and went with a 235+ up front. Thank you!

245/35/18 is a better fitment up front. The 235/40 is a larger diameter. You are probably rubbing the bumper tabs due to the larger diameter.

I run the 245's on the front with my EC7, never rub.

Are you rubbing the fender on the outside and adding camber stops the rub? I assume you rub your strut without the spacer? Can you go down in spacer size? I'd just run more camber on the street for now if you can't do anything with your spacer. Maybe 2.5deg instead of 3 just to save on tire wear.

Did you change tire brands? Some definitely have more square shoulders, etc. Next tires you could definitely consider 235/35, that might help. I doubt I'd be brave enough to try 245/35.

Our cars fitments are so tight, many of us run into this anytime we change tires. Good luck.
