FS: 2012 135i, LeMans Blue, Pure S2 turbo, DCT w/ LSD!
Unfortunately, the time has come to sell this incredible car. I've owned too many cars to count, but the e82 is at the top of the list, as it checks all the boxes. Lightweight, FAST, RWD with a proper limited-slip differential and lightning fast shifting thanks to DCT. The 135i (optioned like this) is a complete riot to drive and has been a joy to own. It's lived a lovely life in Southern California until I recently took a job up in Seattle, which is just not the place for driving. So, I'm downsizing to a bicycle commute and want to pass this on to someone that'll appreciate it as I did. I know I'll regret this, but life happens! TLDR - This is one of those cars that has had EVERYTHING done. It needs nothing. Every part was chosen for a reason, it is dead reliable and a complete rocket ship. There is plenty of room to make more power, safely, but I haven't wanted to push beyond 450whp. Whether you want a fun weekend car, track or auto-x toy, or airstrip warrior, this can do it all. Quick info: I'm the second owner. Bought the car stock with 46K in 2017. 450rwhp/450 lb-ft on a DynoJet Clean title Tuned by Ken @ Wedge Performance All work expertly performed at Pit Stop Motor Tuning in Glendale, CA - feel free to call and ask for Herb who can attest to the quality of this build. 72,xxx miles Car has never been in an accident, never been repainted, nothing. It's as clean as they come. ***Appears somebody tapped my front bumper last week in the garage -- I see very slight spidering in the paint up close, but it's barely noticeable. Bump for a buddy!
I met the OP because he was my neighbor and I was always jealous of how good his N55 135i sounded. That PE exhaust with the Pure S2 is perfect. I can personally vouch for this thing, and that it hasn't been beaten on. Mike is religious about cleanliness and maintenance, and we spent many nights working remotely with Wedge Performance to guarantee the tune was spot on. Car drives like stock, has loads of torque and is pleasant to cruise around town in, but with traction control disabled, 2nd gear out of any turn is instant smiles. Would be hard to build something even close to this good for the money -- such a steal. GLWS bud!
